How we work in occupied buildings
Phased scheduling by area, after-hours and weekend work, dust containment, and low-odor water-based finishes that cure fast enough to reopen on time. We coordinate with your facilities manager and leave a written plan for each phase.
Finishes built for traffic
Commercial-grade two-component water-based finishes deliver far higher abrasion resistance than residential products. Combined with a maintenance recoat schedule they keep a ballroom floor from ever needing a full sand again.
Property managers and HOAs
We provide certificates of insurance, written scopes and multi-year maintenance schedules for community clubhouses and amenity buildings, and we are used to board approval timelines.
Recent commercial work
Recent projects include clubhouse ballrooms and hallways refinished in deep dark stains and a commercial loft with its original floor restored. See the gallery for photos.
Questions about commercial
Can you refinish without closing the club?
Usually. We split the floor into phases and work overnight so each area is back in service by morning. Full closure is only needed for very large single spaces.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. A scheduled buff-and-coat every one to two years keeps a commercial floor looking new and avoids the cost and downtime of a full refinish.
Are you insured?
Yes. Certificates of insurance are provided with every commercial proposal.
